  • Assessment of posture, gait, hip or lower back/sacrum as needed
  • Internal pelvic floor muscle assessment as appropriate
  • Home Exercise Program
  • Education & Handouts
  • Anticipate 60-90 minutes depending on complexity​
  • Provided in your own home
  • ​May include soft tissue mobilization, trigger point release, stretching and strengthening
  • Body mechanics assessment and training, including: childcare positioning and household tasks
  • Training with dilator or PelviWand as applicable
